Ben Fife

Ben Fife leads the property investment and management activities and oversees the value enhancement strategies adopted within Fife Capital. Ben has more than 19 years of direct property experience. He has led the acquisition of the company’s national industrial and commercial property portfolios and the delivery of all group construction, refurbishment and extension works across the industrial, commercial and residential asset classes.

Ben’s key responsibilities span sourcing acquisitions including vendor negotiations, due diligence and financial analysis of potential investments, structuring and divestment strategies, planning and approval process, consultant and contractor engagement and the supervision of construction works. In addition, Ben heads the asset management team overseeing management of the Group’s properties and is responsible for asset performance, tenant relationships and leasing, value enhancement strategies and asset repositioning.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) from Western Sydney University and a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management and Stock and Station Agency) from the Sydney Graduate School of Management. He has completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, United States.
