Chris Chance

Chris Chance directs property management services for the private client portfolio of Fife Asset Services.

Chris has more than 30 years of property management experience. He established a successful business managing a portfolio of commercial properties. In 2007, this real estate management portfolio was acquired by one of Australia's largest property management firms where Chris worked as a Director in the Asset Services Division until 2013.

Chris is a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a Licenced Real Estate Agent.
