Neil Madsen

Neil Madsen is a non-executive Director and provides both technical and investment support to the Group with respect to its United States investment and investor reporting obligations.

Neil is the principal of Madsen Advisors LLC, which was established in 2013. Prior to this he was the Executive Vice President and Head of Private Equity at AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC. It was here where he launched and managed a program dedicated to real estate and natural resources investing.

Neil earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Valuation and Analysis from New York University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney. He holds the MAI and CRE designations, is a certified general appraiser in New Jersey and a registered valuer in QLD.
