History
Private capital to institutional scale
The Fife family has a long history of real estate investment, completing its first retail and office development in 1963. This led to follow on investment in warehouse and distribution facilities, retail, rural and residential development and ownership.
The establishment of Fife Capital in 2006, represented a continuation of this tradition and the beginning of management on behalf of owners and investment partners.
Fife Capital has grown through a series of real estate private capital funds, separate account mandates and investment strategies on behalf of institutional partners, corporate accounts and family offices.
Fife Capital remains an independent alternative asset management firm.
