Governance
We are a cautious, considered investment manager and maintain a well-governed but agile management structure.
Fife Capital has an independently-chaired governance committee which covers all aspects of statutory reporting and business risk.
An investment board or investment committee is established for all discretionary-mandated investment programs, comprised of both executive and non-executive independent members. All investment decisions of these groups must be unanimous.

We operate with a flat corporate structure. Executives are recognised for their broad commercial understanding of specialised alternative asset classes and their individual expertise.
Fife Capital is a proactive manager. This sometimes involves stepping in to complete or redirect projects initiated by others. Our team of qualified executives is equipped to respond at short notice, assess prevailing circumstances, and take over asset management or strategic planning as needed.
