The Kemps Creek Industrial Estate (the Development), located at 200 Aldington Road, Kemps Creek, New South Wales, is a significant master planned industrial estate project. The Development, a joint venture between Fife Capital and Stockland Developments, is one of the largest single industrial estates in Western Sydney.

The Kemps Creek Industrial Estate is located within the Mamre Road Precinct, one of the key precincts in the Western Sydney Aerotropolis and the Western Sydney Employment Area. Driven by its strategic location, the Development will address the growing demand for high-quality industrial space in Western Sydney. Occupying approximately 72 ha, the Development offers modern facilities, flexible lot sizes and bespoke site design by award winning architects. Its proximity to major transport routes and the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport further provides exposure and connectivity to both domestic and international markets.

The Development, once complete, is expected to include up to 12 large format industrial lots delivering manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facilities.

Bulk earthworks, estate infrastructure, state and local road construction and the delivery of the first buildings are well progressed and targeted for completion in H2 2026.
