Responsible investment
Fife Capital has a genuine sensitivity to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations and maintains an ESG Policy modelled on the United Nation’s Principles of Responsible Investment (UNPRI).
Our ESG Policy is adopted across Fife Capital’s investment management activities to align the interests of clients, investment partners and other stakeholders.
Fife Capital provides its investment partners with an annual Sustainability Report, detailing the initiatives implemented across all investment portfolios that contribute to the integrity and long term viability of projects.
Fife Capital balances strong commercial outcomes and cost savings for investment partners with environmental responsibility.
The Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) is a key component of the European Union’s Sustainable Finance Action Plan to redirect capital flows towards more sustainable activities.
SFDR requires financial advisers to publish, on their website, information about their policies on the integration of sustainability risks in their investment advice and to make disclosures on the consideration of adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors in their investment advice.
